First established in 1997, the company has grown from a fledgling property financier to today where we have assets of approximately $80m under management.
The company is funded by its shareholders and a credit line from a large multinational Bank. The company prides itself on its prudent lending practices and has a very experienced team of people both in management and in the day to day running of the company.
Southern Cross lends against property assets in New Zealand and specialises in Short term (6 to 12 Months) bridging finance for home owners, investors, commercial property and rural property.
