SCFL Management Limited who manages all aspects of
the investment.
Southern Cross Finance
Limited is the company that sources first mortgages which
are then introduced to investors for a competitive rate of return,
whilst enjoying the security offered by an investment in bricks
& mortar.
SCFL lend first mortgage finance on
residential, commercial and rural properties in good locations
throughout New Zealand.
Our preferred borrowers are homeowners or rental property owners
who want to preserve the existing equity in their homes and require
short term funding due a variety of reasons. These can included
bridging finance, debt consolidation, business capital or help with
finances due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness etc.
We take a personal interest to understand our borrowers situation,
and tailor a solution to suit them.
This category of borrowers are often overlooked by the major banks
and lending institutions as they don't fit their "standard
criteria".
SCFL Management is the "Broker" company
which identifies suitable investments and then supervises the
process for investors from inception through to maturity.
SCFL Management Ltd handles the day to day
management of the investment on behalf of the investor ensuring
that the payment from the borrower is recieved and then paid out to
the investor.
All aspects of the loan and investment are
managed on behalf of the investor for no fees.
SCFL Nominees is the associate "Nominee"
company which operates a Trust Account (at ASB Bank) for the
purpose of holding, tracking, and distributing Investors funds.
Our staff and directors have years of experience in property
finance in New Zealand and are just a phone call away. We are able
to respond quickly and personally to any comments or queries you
may have and, during normal working hours, we have real people
answering the telephone.
